MoReVoX products are digital delivery only.
There are no physical boxes shipped to you.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A MoReVoX PRODUCT?

Find the product you would like to purchase in the store pages.
Click on its icon to add that product into the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
Fill out the form with your personal data and choose a payment method: any credit card as well as Paypal are accepted.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AFTER MY PURCHASE?

After completing the payment, you will receive 1 email that contains Invoice and link to the product download

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD LINK & SERIAL?

You will usually receive the emails within 5-10 minutes after your payment, but sometimes it will take a bit longer.
If you do not receive any email within 1 our after your payment, please check the spam folder of your email account.
If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us through our customer service.

IF I'M NOT SATISFIED ABOUT MY PURCHASE, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Yes, you can be refunded within 15 days from your purchase.
Anyway, if you have some issues installing the product we suggest to contact our customer service before asking for a refund.
We'll usually help solving any technical issue within a few hours.
